Call For Presentations

Are you ready to join NHNPA to celebrate our history, ignite innovation, inspire excellence, and captivate audiences at the Northern New England Nurse Practitioner Conference in April 2025? Join us for another unforgettable experience of discovery, empowerment, and rejuvenation at the historic Mount Washington Hotel in  Bretton Woods, NH - April 16-18, 2025.

We invite you to contribute to the success of our conference by presenting your innovative ideas, cutting-edge research, and best practices. Whether you’re an experienced provider, an emerging leader, or a seasoned researcher, we welcome your submissions across a wide range of topics.

 The proposals will be reviewed by the Conference Planning Committee.  

 If your proposal is accepted, the information provided by you may be used in conference promotional materials, including, but not limited to: emails, social media posts, website, and/or mailings.  The information will also be included in the conference program and app.

There are two parts to this application process. 

1) One speaker must complete the form below describing your session. Note: This speaker will be asked to provide the name and email address of every speaker.

2) Each listed speaker will receive an email and must complete the required speaker documentation. These documents can be completed online.

When completing the Call for Presentations, please be prepared to answer the following questions.

  • Traditional 60-Minute Concurrent Session

  • 2.5 Hour Pre-Conference Workshop

  • Poster (no formal presentation)

  • 15 Minute Case Presentation (part of a facilitated panel)

Your Session Title (Be as creative as you would like. This is one way that your session will be promoted.)

Short Description (1-2 sentences). Note: This description will be used in promotional materials and the conference agenda to promote your session.

Long Description (300 words or less). Please consider including background of the topic, a learning summary of the proposed content, significance, and implications for APRNs. 

Number of Minutes Devoted to Pharmacology: An estimate is fine!

List one learning objective for the session.

List one academic reference to the material that you will be presenting.
