Chronic Pain Self-Management (CPSM) Project ECHO® in September of 2021

Please see the invitation below from our partners at CHI!

We are excited to launch the Chronic Pain Self-Management (CPSM) Project ECHO® in September of 2021! You are invited to join other professionals working with individuals with chronic pain in a NH-based Project ECHO® with case-based learning on self-management of chronic pain. This grant-funded project is of no cost to participants. Attached is a flyer that describes more about the program.

Sessions will be held once a month from 12pm-1pm starting in September 2021. Specific dates will be forthcoming. Participation is remote using Zoom video conference software.

Intended Audience: Anyone who works with individuals with chronic pain including, but not limited to Interdisciplinary Health Care Teams, Community Supports and Advocates, Primary Care Teams, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Recovery Organizations, Addiction Specialists, Students in Health Care Professions, etc. Rural providers are especially encouraged to apply.

We encourage you to SIGN UP HERE if you are interested in receiving updates on dates and additional information!

The evidence-based Project ECHO® model links community-based practice sites and providers with faculty experts to teach and spread best practices. CPSM is a learning community that enables a culture that understands pain and is prepared to address the range of topics and strategies, including (but not limited to) behavioral health intervention, the biopsychosocial nature of pain, formal CPSM Programs, and tools to integrate self-management techniques into practice.

Please reach out to [email protected] with additional questions.

Thank you, CPSM Hub Team
