Rural Primary Care Survey - Deadline 7/31

The National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH), the membership association for the 50 State Offices of Rural Health (SORH), is seeking input from Rural Primary Care Providers across the country. All provider types are strongly encouraged to have their voices heard to move the Power of Rural forward through completion of the Rural Primary Care Provider Survey 2020!

The mission of NOSORH is to provide capacity-building and support services to SORH and its stakeholders. To that end, survey responses will provide front-line, boots-on-the-ground perspective from YOU, our rural primary care providers. This perspective will be used to frame the work of the NOSORH Primary Care Committee as well as development and enhancement of available resources, tools and technical assistance (TA) opportunities.

We appreciate and understand how precious time is right now. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Click here to review a .pdf of the survey.

Access the Rural Primary Care Provider Survey 2020 here!!

Please complete the survey by July 31, 2020.

Interested in the results? Results will be shared with participants by request! As previously stated, NOSORH will use results for planning technical assistance and other capacity-building and support activities for SORH and the rural primary care providers they serve.

Again, we appreciate your time, consideration, and continued dedication to rural primary care!

Please reach out to Tammy Norville, NOSORH Technical Assistance Director, ([email protected]) with questions, for blinded survey results, for discussion or assistance.

Thanks so much, stay well and be safe.
