NHNPA Annual Meeting on Friday, April 24, from 1:00–2:00 PM.

Join us on April 24, 2026 for the New Hampshire Nurse Practitioners Association (NHNPA) Skills Conference. Welcome spring with a high-energy day of hands-on training, practical workshops, and networking, held at beautiful Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, in its new state-of-the-art skills facility. We’ve kept registration rates low to help make this training accessible for NHNPA members as well as nurse practitioners from throughout the region.
NHNPA continues to grow, and with that growth comes new opportunities for members to step into leadership and help shape the future of our organization. The Nominating Committee is now accepting nominations to build the Board slate for the following positions, which will be open for election at the April Annual Meeting:
Serving on the NHNPA Board of Directors is a meaningful way to support Nurse Practitioners across New Hampshire, strengthen our profession, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
The NHNPA conference schedule will be different in 2026, dur to a major renovation as the Mt. Washington Hotel. Our Annual Conference will be November 11-13, 2026.
Join us April 24, 2026, for a focused, hands-on NHNPA Skills Conference at Saint Anselm College—a skills-based day designed to complement our broader programming. While this April event offers a more intimate experience, it's just one of several ways we're bringing our community together this year.
We're opening our Call for Speakers—and we're looking for high-energy, practical, relevant sessions from professionals doing the work every day. This conference is one of our biggest opportunities all year to learn from each other, strengthen our practice, and walk away with ideas we can use immediately.
New Year, New Skills! Train with the best! Our Skills Conference brings you instruction from national training companies in brand new facilities. Suturing, ultrasound, CGM & more. April 24 at Saint Anselm College. #NHNPA #skillstraining #APRN #StAnslem

On the evening of November 13th, NHNPA members and guests gathered in The Barn at Bull Meadow in Concord for the NightInGala, a special celebration marking NHNPA's 50th Anniversary. The event was filled with connection, recognition, and reflection on half a century of advancing nurse practitioner practice in New Hampshire.
The evening began with a beautiful cheese display and passed appetizers, followed by a delicious dinner buffet featuring seared chicken breast, braised short ribs, and wild mushroom potato gnocchi. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed the sounds of the Madonna Gordon Jass Trio, creating the perfect atmosphere for reconnecting with colleagues and celebrating our professional community. The band was fantastic, and Madonna Gordon being an NP made it even better.
New Futures recently partnered with Families USA, a national organization focused on health care access, affordability, and quality to develop a fact sheet highlighting the impact New Hampshire residents would face if enhanced premium tax credits expire—including dramatically increased monthly premiums. Please feel free to share this fact sheet widely and help us spread the word.

Several state NP associations helped develop to let more NPs know about evidence-based diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services that can make it easier for NPs to manage their patients with diabetes and improve health outcomes. Programs that offer DSMES must comply with national standards and are reimbursable through Medicare and many other insurers.
Download and use this free Digital Dissemination Kit (start with the Overview Guide) that includes plug-and-play, adaptable materials (i.e., member emails, newsletter article, social media posts and graphics, web banners and content) to share two new DSMES educational resources for NPs available now on CDC TRAIN.
